Shipping Policy

We prepare and pack every order with freshness in mind. This policy explains where we ship, when orders are dispatched, how tracking works, and what happens if a delivery is delayed.
Delivery areas & charges
We deliver across serviceable PIN codes in India through trusted courier and postal partners. If a PIN code is temporarily not serviceable, we will contact you before processing the order.
Shipping is free on eligible orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. Orders below that threshold may include a standard delivery charge, shown before payment or order confirmation.
For bulk, wedding, corporate, or fragile gifting orders, delivery charges and timelines may vary based on quantity, packaging, destination, and urgency.
Processing, dispatch & delivery time
Most regular orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Freshly made or high-volume orders may need extra preparation time.
After dispatch, typical delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on city, state, courier route, holidays, weather, and local restrictions.
Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We will keep you informed if we notice an unusual delay.
Tracking updates
Once an order is shipped, our admin team can add the delivery company and delivery/tracking ID. Logged-in customers can view those details from My Account.
Courier tracking may take a few hours to become active after dispatch. If a tracking ID does not update immediately, please check again later or contact us.
For local or hand-delivered orders, tracking may be shared as a delivery ID or manual update instead of a courier tracking URL.
Packaging & freshness
Products are sealed and packed to protect freshness during transit. We choose packaging based on product type, weight, and expected travel time.
Some sweets are delicate by nature. Minor movement, light surface marks, or shape variation may happen during transit and does not usually affect quality or taste.
Please store products as instructed after delivery. Heat, sunlight, and moisture can affect sweets and namkeen quickly.
Incorrect address or missed delivery
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and reachable delivery address, including house number, street, area, city, state, and PIN code.
If a courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, or repeated failed attempts, extra re-shipping charges may apply.
Please contact us quickly if you notice an address mistake after placing an order. We can update it only before dispatch.
